Jay and Demi Austin-Thomas are not a “perfect couple” story. They love God and they love each other, and they’ve also had seasons of sleeping back-to-back, building up resentment, and seriously talking divorce. Married since 1999, they know what it’s like to smile in public while their marriage was quietly falling apart at home.

What changed wasn’t another “just pray about it” conversation. They had to face their own patterns, communicate without attacking, lead with empathy instead of ego, and do the hard work of forgiveness. Now they use that process to help other couples who are tired of pretending and ready to rebuild. Jay and Demi created the 90 Day Marriage Reset, host the Cuddles Date Night Party, and lead the Cuddles Couples Crew.
They live in the Dallas–Fort Worth area, are empty nesters to three adult children, and are committed to staying friends, lovers, and life partners—and helping other couples fight for the same.
